Your privacy is our priority. Every FemmeVee order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. The outer box or mailer contains no brand name, logo, or any indication of the contents. The sender name on the label is a neutral identifier — not "FemmeVee." What's inside stays between you and us.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

For EU customers: VAT may apply at the point of import. Norway and Switzerland are not EU members and have their own customs thresholds.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. FemmeVee is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
